Alderney Land Registry

The States of Alderney commissioned Digimap to develop a new land registry system. By adapting the ATLAS system we wrote for the States of Guernsey, we were able to provide a prompt and cost-effective solution.

The replacement is browser-based to provide a more versatile way of accessing the application, while retaining the familiar appearance of the legacy system.

• Property search based upon multiple criteria
• Ability to store attachments to property records
• Output and share records by print and email
• Payment recording
• Store details of bonds and property tenure
• Automated updates to the States of Guernsey Cadastre database
